12 days later...

i love not counting points. but i also have no self control. i need to have something to give me reason to not eat the third piece of cake or the second bowl of ice cream. ;) my birthday week was awesome but i am back to point counting. you know, because i'd like to be skinny again one day. :)

happy hour

it's happy hour at starbucks this week - everyday from 3 - 5. half price fraps! if you wish you could have a frap but think they are too high in calories, think again. a tall coffee frap LIGHT is only TWO points! and a tall caramel frap LIGHT is THREE points! yum.
